- 1 cup unsalted butter
- ½ cup caster sugar
- 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
- ¾ cup Almond flour
- ½ cup seedless Raspberry jam
- To decorate
- 2 Tbsps seedless Raspberry jam
- 2 tsps boiling water
- sugar sprinkles

1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 große Non-stick pan, 1 Slotted spatula, 4 kleine Bowls, 1 Paper towel, 1 Carving knife, 1 Platter zum Servieren, 1 Raclette set (mit Pfännchen und Spachtel), 1 Serrated knife
Preparation steps
1.
Beat the butter in a mixing bowl until soft. Add the sugar, flour and ground almonds and mix with your hands to form a dough.

Knead the dough lightly until smooth. Wrap in cling film and chill for 1 hour.
3.
Heat the oven to 150°C (130° fan) 300°F gas 2. Line 2 large baking trays with non-stick baking paper.
4.
Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface, about 5mm thick. Cut into heart shapes using a heart-shaped cookie cutter and place on the baking trays.
5.
Bake for about 20 minutes until lightly golden. Cool on the baking trays for a few minutes, then place on a wire rack to cool completely.
6.
Sandwich the biscuits together with the jam.
7.
To decorate: heat the jam with the hot water until melted. Brush over the top of each heart and sprinkle with the sugar sprinkles.
