1 Avocado (ripe)
2 Tbsps lemon juice
4 slices smoked ham
Lettuce (approximately 80 grams)
3 Tbsps White vinegar
salt
freshly ground peppers
3 Tbsps olive oil

Preparation steps

1.

Toast bread. Use a heart-shaped cookie cutter to cut out heart shapes (or cut with a knife).

2.

Halve avocado lengthwise, remove pit, and scoop out flesh. Cut crosswise into slices and sprinkle immediately with lemon juice.

3.

Rinse lettuce, shake dry and tear into smaller pieces if necessary.

4.

Whisk vinegar with salt and pepper to taste. Whisk in oil. Toss dressing with lettuce leaves. Divide salad among bowls and garnish decoratively with ham, avocado slices and heart-shaped toasts.
