400 grams green Beans
salt
300 grams Cherry tomatoes
3 Tbsps black, pitted Olives (from a jar)
1 Tbsp Caper (from a jar)
6 Anchovy fillet (in oil)
4 Tbsps olive oil
2 Tbsps White vinegar
freshly ground peppers
4 Steak fillet (ready for cooking, each about 180 grams)
olive oil (for painting)

Preparation steps

1.

Trim the beans, rinse and cook for about 10 minutes in boiling salted water. Strain, rinse and drain well. Rinse and halve the tomatoes. Drain the olives, capers and anchovies well. Chop into 2 pieces.

Mix the oil with the vinegar and the chopped anchovy fillets, season with pepper and mix with the tomatoes, capers, olives and beans, to taste.

Heat the grill.

Rinse the meat, pat dry, season with salt and pepper, brush with olive oil and grill on each side for 3-4 minutes.

5.

Arrange the salad on plates, place a steak on top of each and serve garnished with anchovies.
