6 Anchovy fillet (salted)

300 grams small, yellow Tomatoes
2 white onions
2 garlic cloves
thyme (2-3 branches)
Savory (2-3 branches)
4 Tbsps olive oil
2 bay leaves

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse beans, trim and blanch in salted boiling water for about 5 minutes. Drain, rinse in cold water and drain well.

Blanch tomatoes for a few seconds, rinse, peel and cut into smaller pieces if necessary. Peel the onions and cut into very thin strips. Peel garlic and cut into slices. Rinse herbs and pluck leaves.

Sauté beans in a pan with the oil, herbs, onions and garlic for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly. Add tomatoes and bay leaves and season with salt and pepper. Cover beans and simmer over low heat until al dente, 3-4 minutes.

4.

Rinse anchovy fillets in cold water, pat dry and cut into small pieces. Mix with the beans and serve.
