16 ozs Chicken breasts (boneless and skinless)
3 Tbsps olive oil (divided)
1 Tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 Tbsps herbes de Provence
16 ozs large Cherry tomatoes (halved)
kosher salt (to taste)
freshly ground Black pepper (to taste)
16 ozs steamed Green beans
2 Tbsps butter

Preparation steps

Prepare grill to med/high heat. Preheat oven to 350°F

In a small bowl, stir together 2 tablespoons olive oil, lemon juice and Herbs de Provence. Place chicken breast in a shallow bowl and pour the herb mixture on them. Turn chicken until each breast is thoroughly coated. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes

Place the tomatoes on a baking sheet. Pour 1 tablespoon olive oil over them and season with salt and pepper. Mix gently with hands until the tomatoes are evenly coated. Place in the oven to bake for 15 minutes.

Grill the chicken over med/high heat for 8 to 10 minutes on each side or until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.

Toss the green beans with the butter. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer beans to a large serving plate. Arrange chicken and tomatoes on the same platter. Serve.
