- For the sauce
- ½ cup almonds
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 bunch Basil (approx. 40 g | 1 cup, leaves torn off)
- 2 Tbsps Parmesan (grated)
- ⅜ cup olive oil
- For the vegetables
- 1 ⅔ cups Broccoli
- 1 ⅔ cups Cauliflower
- 1 ½ cups Baby carrots
- 2 Bell pepper (yellow and red, diced)
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- Plus
- 4 Ribeye Steaks
Preparation steps

To make the sauce, dry roast the almonds in a pan. Remove and leave to cool.

Grind the garlic with some salt and ground black pepper in a mortar. Add the basil, cheese and nuts and grind well. Gradually add the oil until a pesto-like sauce is formed. Season with salt.

Place the vegetables in a steamer, season with salt and drizzle with oil. Steam for around 8 minutes.
4.
Season the steaks with salt and ground black pepper and grill on both sides for around 4-8 minutes depending on preference. Serve with the vegetables, the sauce and chips, if desired.
