- 2 carrots
- ¼ Kohlrabi
- ½ Zucchini
- 4 sticks green Asparagus
- 12 Green beans
- 4 Beef roulade (ready for cooking, 150 grams)
- 3 Tbsps soy sauce
- freshly ground peppers
Preparation steps
1.
Rinse, trim and peel vegetables as necessary. Cut into 8 cm (approximately 3 inch) long matchsticks.

Rinse meat, pat dry, spread lightly with soy sauce and season with pepper.
3.
Place vegetables together into small bundles. Place into middle of cutlets and roll up. Tie with kitchen string, put into a steamer basket and cover.
4.
In a saucepan, heat some water and place steamer basket on top. Cook the rolls over medium heat for about 1 hour.
5.
Remove steamer basket, cut kitchen strings and serve rolls.
