400 grams green Beans
350 grams Beef (Steak meat for frying)
salt

50 milliliters Beef broth
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp sesame oil
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 dried chili pepper
1 Tbsp sliced almonds

Preparation steps

Cut beef into thin slices. Mix oil and soy sauce in a bowl, add beef and mix. Let rest for 15 minutes.

Rinse beans, trim and cook in a pot of heavily salted, boiling water for about 10 minutes. Drain, rinse with cold water and drain again.

Heat oil in a wok, add beef to the wok and fry while stirring. Add chile peppers, fry over high heat for 1 minute, add broth, beans and remaining prepared vegetables, fry for 1-2 minutes and season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately garnished with almonds.
