- 300 grams Chinese Egg noodle
- 2 scallions
- 5 Radish
- 100 grams small Baby corn cob
- 300 grams Shrimp tail (deveined)
- 3 Tbsps Fish sauce
- black peppers
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 Tbsps Rice vinegar
- 3 Tbsps honey
- 2 Tbsps light soy sauce
- 6 Tbsps vegetable oil
Preparation steps

Season the shrimp tails with 1 tablespoon fish sauce and some pepper. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
Peel and chop the garlic. Rinse, trim and cut the scallions into 5 mm wide strips. Rinse the radishes and cut into slices.
Cook the egg noodles in boiling water for 2 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Heat the oil in a wok and saute the garlic and shrimp tails in it for 2 minutes. Add the baby corn, radishes, drained noodles and scallions, and fry with stirring. Stir in the rice vinegar, remaining fish sauce, soy sauce and honey, and season with pepper.
