- 2 carrots
- 150 grams Frozen pea
- 300 grams Turkey
- 1 Tbsp cornstarch
- 2 Tbsps water
- 2 red chili peppers
- 2 green chili peppers
- 350 grams Chinese Egg noodle
- 1 Tbsp Fish sauce
- 4 Tbsps soy sauce
- 1 pkg Prawn cracker (krupuk) (shrimp crackers from an Asian market)
Preparation steps

Cook noodles according to package directions. Trim carrots, rinse, cut into large pieces. Rinse chiles, cut into thin rings. Rinse meat, pat dry, cut into strips. Mix 1 tablespoon soy sauce, cornstarch and water, then soak turkey.

Heat oil in a wok, sauté meat, remove. Add carrots and peas, cook briefly. Add meat, noodles, remaining soy sauce and fish sauce, mix, cook all 4 minutes. Mix in chile rings and serve with shrimp crackers.
