1 Tbsp honey
3 Tbsps White vinegar
3 Tbsps grapeseed oil
½ bunch fresh Chervil

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse, clean and dry spinach.

Peel cucumber, cut in half lengthwise, scrape out seeds and chop.

3.

Rinse, clean and quarter strawberries.

4.

Mix mustard with honey, oil and vinegar. Season with salt and pepper.

5.

Place strawberries, nuts, spinach and cucumber in a bowl and mix in dressing. Serve sprinkled with chervil leaves.
