- 100 grams Strawberries
- ½ Banana
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 300 milliliters Buttermilk
Preparation steps

Rinse, trim, and halve the strawberries. Peel the banana. Add the banana, strawberries, lemon juice, and honey to a blender (or you can mash by hand).

Gradually mix in the buttermilk, until thoroughly combined. Divide into two tall glasses, and garnish with skewered strawberry and banana slices if desired.
