2 Tbsps Yogurt (0.1% fat)
7 ozs Apple juice
2 Tbsps Crushed ice

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse, hull and halve strawberries. Take 12 half strawberries, thread on wooden skewers along with any green leaves and freeze 20 minutes.

Place the remaining strawberries in a blender with peeled and sliced  banana, lemon juice, yogurt, apple juice and crushed ice and puree. (Sweeten to taste with honey and add more apple juice if desired.) Serve in four glasse  and garnish each with a strawberry skewer.
