- 175 grams Strawberries
- 1 Tbsp liquid honey
- 250 milliliters cold Kefir
Preparation steps

Rinse the strawberries, trim, remove tough stems, lay on a flat dish and place in the freezer for about 30 minutes. Let freeze.

Then puree with honey and kefir. If necessary, pour through a sieve and then fill 2 drink glasses.
