- 150 milliliters Kefir
- 1 handful fresh Fresh herbs (such as borage, basil, parsley, dill)
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp honey
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- Borage flower (for garnish)
Preparation steps

Rinse the herbs and pat dry. Puree the herbs with the kefir until thoroughly combined. Season to taste with lemon juice, honey, salt, and pepper.

Pour into glasses, garnish with the borage, and serve.
