The spicy kefir lassi can boast with plenty of vital substances: Ginger has a warming effect on the body, which is particularly welcome in autumn and winter. In addition, its pungent substances stimulate blood circulation. Thanks to a lot of lactic acid bacteria Kefir is a probiotic food - it supports healthy intestinal flora and boosts the immune system. The mix of spices not only stabilizes blood sugar, but the essential oils it contains also have a beneficial effect on an irritated stomach. Bananas score highly on valuable minerals such as magnesium, potassium, and phosphorus. They thus help to alleviate symptoms of stress and restlessness.

To prepare a Vegan kefir lassi soy yogurt is a good alternative for the kefir. For an extra dose of antioxidants, you can also add 1 tsp of turmeric, preferably together with 1 pinch of pepper, as this improves the absorption of the curcumin.
