400 milliliters chilled milk

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and trim the strawberries, then drain thoroughly. Set two strawberries aside for garnish. Corsely chop the remaining strawberries. Puree the chopped strawberries with the orange juice, honey, almonds, and milk in the blender. Season to taste with cinnamon.

Pour the shake into two glasses, garnish with the reserved strawberries, and serve immediately.
