150 grams Natural yogurt
1 pinch ground cinnamon

Preparation steps

1.

Boil the sugar with 2 tablespoons water until syrupy and let cool. Trim the strawberries, rinse and drain. Puree the fruit and spread at will through a sieve. Stir in the syrup, lime juice, yogurt and cinnamon. Beat the cream until stiff and fold in the puree. Fill popsicle molds, insert sticks and freeze at least 3-4 hours.
