- 800 grams Strawberries
- 4 mint
- 100 grams sugar
- 1 lemon (juiced)
- 4 centiliters Crème de cassis
- Strawberries (for garnish)
- 200 milliliters Whipped cream
- 3 Strawberries (julienned, for garnish)
Preparation steps

Rinse and core strawberries. Puree strawberries and strain through a sieve. Combine mint leaves, sugar and 150 ml (approximately 5 ounces) of water in a pot. Boil for 4-5 minutes. Strain through a sieve and let cool. Stir in strawberry puree, lemon juice and liqueur. Pour into a shallow bowl and freeze for about 4 hours.

Stir every 20 minutes to form a sorbet. Beat cream until stiff. Scoop sorbet into bowls and top with a big dollop of cream. Serve garnished with coconut confection and fresh strawberries.
