600 grams fresh Strawberries (well chilled)
1 lemon
1 Tbsp powdered sugar
1 packet Bourbon vanilla powder
4 Tbsps slivered almonds (roasted)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the strawberries trim, pat dry, trim stems and halve. Squeeze the lemon. Puree the strawberries with lemon juice, powdered sugar and vanilla sugar in a blender. Distribute into four bowls.

Serve the strawberry soup with sprinkled toasted almonds and garnish with fresh mint leaves. Add a dollop of yogurt or unsweetened whipped cream if desired.
