- 300 grams fresh Strawberries
- 1 Tbsp honey
- ½ 1/2 Vanilla bean (seeds)
- 350 milliliters Sweet whey
Preparation steps
1.
Set 4 beautiful strawberries with the stems aside to use as garnish. Rinse the remaining strawberries, remove stems and cut into small pieces. Add honey, vanilla seeds and whey and puree.
2.
Pour the finished drink into 4 glasses and put the strawberries as a garnish on the glass edge.
