1 Tbsp lemon juice
200 grams Greek Yogurt (0.1% fat)
2 egg whites
1 handful Basil

Preparation steps

Wash the strawberries and cut them into small pieces. Puree them together with the sugar and lemon in a blender. Stir in the yogurt. Add in the egg whites. Process in the ice cream machine according to manufacturer's instructions.

In the meantime, wash the basil, shake dry, pluck the leaves from the branches and chop. Once the ice cream is soft add the basil and leave for about 5 minutes before freezing. Serve in bowls and garnish with basil leaves.
