4 medium, tart Apple
lemon juice
1 Camembert (300 grams)
150 grams Oyster mushrooms
vegetable oil
1 Tbsp butter

Preparation steps

1.

Cut a lid from the top of each apple, remove core and cut out some fruit from the center. Sprinkle inside of apples with lemon juice.

Chop removed apple pulp finely and also sprinkle with a little lemon juice

Put aside four small, fine pieces of oyster mushrooms. Finely chop remaining mushrooms.

Finely chop camembert cheese and mix in a bowl with chopped mushrooms and chopped apple. Fill apples with mushroom mixture and place in a buttered casserole dish. Place reserve mushrooms on top of stuffed apples and brush each with a little oil. Bake in a preheated 180°C (approximately 350°F) oven for 20-25 minutes. Serve immediately.
