400 grams Camembert
1 Tbsp Apple jelly
2 Tbsps Cider
2 Tbsps Pumpkin seed
Laurel leaf (for garnish)

Preparation steps

Rinse the leek and slice diagonally. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a pan and sauté the leek for 1-2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and remove from heat. Rinse the apples, cut into quarters, remove the cores and cut the quarters into thin slices. Cut the Camembert cheese into slices. Whisk the apple jelly and cider with the remaining oil and season with salt and pepper. Decoratively arrange the apple slices, Camembert and leeks on a large platter. Drizzle the dressing over the top, sprinkle with pumpkin seeds and garnish with laurel leaf.
