1 can Artichoke bottoms (400 grams or approximately 1 pound)
100 grams button Mushroom
2 shallots
½ paprika
6 green Olives (pitted)
4 Tbsps olive oil

Preparation steps

1.

Drain the artichoke bottoms in a sieve. Trim the mushrooms and cut into thin slices. Peel shallots and chop finely.

2.

Cut the peppers and olives into small cubes. Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the vegetables in it for about 10 minutes.

3.

Place the artichokes in the oven to warm. Spread the vegetable mixture on top and serve with baguette slices.
