1 Tbsp Caper
400 grams cream cheese
2 Tbsps chopped Dill
1 egg
2 Tbsps Parmesan
¼ l Vegetable broth

250 grams Long grain rice (packaged)
250 grams Cherry tomatoes

Preparation steps

Separate 8 leaves from savoy, blanch in salted water, remove and drain well. Pound stalks flat. Chop capers, mix with cream cheese, parmesan, dill and egg. Season with salt and pepper. Put a little bit of filling in the middle of each cabbage leaf, tie up with kitchen string.

Heat vegetable broth and put cabbage rolls in the pot. Cook for about 30 minutes on medium heat. Cook rice according to package instructions, drain. Rinse and quarter tomatoes, mix with rice. Season with salt and pepper. Place rice on plates and top with stuffed cabbage rolls.
