1 Tablespoon, 1 Small bowl, 1 Small pot, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Kitchen scale, 1 große Mixing bowl, 1 Hand mixer, 1 Kitchen towel, 1 Rolling pin, 2 Baking sheets, 1 Parchment paper, 1 Small knife, 1 Offset spatula, 1 Cup, 1 Fork, 1 Pastry brush
Preparation steps
1.
Slice the pears in half lengthways and cut away the cores. Rub the cut surfaces with the lemon juice to prevent browning.
2.
Heat the oil in a small pan and add the crumbled blue cheese and the walnuts.
3.
Stir over a gentle heat until the cheese has just melted then spoon the mixture into the core cavities of the pears.
4.
Serve immediately garnished with the rosemary sprigs.
