2 Pots, 1 Bowl, 1 Small bowl, 1 Plate, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Small knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Sieve, 1 Slotted spoon, 1 Whisk, 1 Lid

Preparation steps

1.
Preheat the oven to 200°C (180° fan) 400F, gas 6.
2.
Remove the apple cores with a potato peeler then carefully scoop out some of the flesh with a pointed spoon.
3.
Chop the flesh removed from the apples and mix with the raisins, almonds, pistachios, honey and cinnamon.
4.
Put the apple in a baking dish and stuff with the mixture, spooning any excess around the base of the apples.
5.
Dot the apples with the butter and bake for about 30 minutes.
