400 milliliters Coconut milk
200 milliliters milk (more if needed)
20 grams sugar (to taste)
150 grams Arborio rice
400 grams Strawberries
1 Tbsp Strawberry syrup

Preparation steps

Pour the milk and coconut milk in a saucepan, add sugar, bring to a boil and add the rice. Simmer on low heat about 35 minutes until it makes a creamy rice pudding, stirring occasionally. In the meantime, rinse, trim and chop into cubes four of the strawberries. Cut the rest into slices.

Let the rice pudding cool slightly, mix in the strawberry cubes and strawberry syrup and place in small bowl. Serve lukewarm, garnished with the strawberry slices.
