- 9 ozs Strawberries
- ½ lemon
- 1 oz ginger roots
- 2 ¾ ozs apple cider vinegar (6 Tbsp)
- 2 Tbsps honey
- 7 ozs Ice cubes (or crushed ice)
- 12 ozs Sparkling water

Preparation steps
Clean raspberries and strawberries, wash and remove leaves if necessary. Squeeze half of the lemon. Peel ginger and cut into pieces.
Place berries, lemon juice, ginger, apple cider vinegar, honey and ice cubes in a blender and blend until smooth. Then divide the switchel between 4 glasses, fill up with mineral water and serve.
