4 large, waxy potatoes (each 200 grams)
4 T bone steaks (each 400 grams)
salt
peppers
2 Tbsps vegetable oil

Preparation steps

1.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F) convection.

Scrub the potatoes thoroughly, pat dry, then wrap securely in foil and pierce on all sides with a fork. Place in the preheated oven on a rack and bake, turning occasionally until easily pierced with a fork with no resistance, about 50 minutes. 

3.

Rinse steaks and pat dry. Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with oil. Grilling on the preheated grill on both sides for 6-15 minutes (depending on meat thickness and desired doneness).

4.

Unwrap potatoes, slit lengthwise and fluff a bit with a fork. Arrange with the steaks on plates.

5.

Serve with a salad, if desired.
