- 4 T bone steaks
- 4 flowers Cherry tomatoes
- 1 ⅕ kilograms small potatoes (cooked the day before)
- 3 Tbsps Pastry flour
- 4 Tbsps clarified butter
- 2 red onions
- salt
- freshly ground pepper
- olive oil
- 4 tsps Garlic butter
Preparation steps

Cut the potatoes into wedges and dust with flour. Peel the onions and also cut into wedges. Saute with the potatoes in clarified butter until golden brown.

Rinse the steaks, pat dry and season with salt and pepper. Sear on the hot grill, uncovered, 1-2 minutes, turn, and grill 3-4 more minutes until desired doneness depending on your preference. Girll the tomatoes at the same time. Then season the steaks generously with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil. Serve the steaks with the potatoes and tomatoes on plates garnished with garlic butter.
