- 1 day-old White roll
- 2 ripe Avocados
- 500 grams Tomatoes
- 2 Red onions
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 4 Tbsps lemon juice
- 300 grams Ground beef
- 1 tsp Chili powder
- 1 egg yolk
- 3 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 12 Taco shells (Finished product)
Preparation steps
1.
Soak bread in water. Cut avocados in half, remove pits, peel and dice. Rinse and chop tomatoes. Peel onions and cut into rings. Mix avocados, tomatoes and onions and season with salt, pepper and lemon juice.

Express bread and knead with ground beef, 1 teaspoon salt, chile powder and egg yolks. Heat oil in a pan and cook ground beef mixture for about 10 minutes until crumbly. Fill taco shells with ground beef and avocado mixture. Serve.
