1 small Tomato
500 grams red and yellow Cherry tomatoes (small and large)
1 shallot (finely chopped)
½ bunch Chervil (leaves)

Preparation steps

1.

Toast the bread slices in a large frying pan with a little olive oil on both sides until crispy. Cut the tomatoes in half and rub with cut slice of the bread with the cut side of the tomato.

2.

Halve the cherry tomatoes and sauté with the shallot in 1 tablespoon of olive oil and spread on the bread slices. Sprinkle the toast with the chervil and season with salt and pepper. Serve hot or warm.
