250 grams Cherry tomatoes

1 Tbsp freshly chopped oregano
4 slices Whole Wheat Bread
150 grams Brie
balsamic vinegar

Preparation steps

1.

Preheat the oven to 160°C (approximately 325°F). 

2.

Rinse the tomatoes, cut in half and arrange, cut-side up, on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with oregano and bake for about 20 minutes.

3.

Remove the tomatoes from the oven. Turn on the broiler.

4.

Toast the bread under the broiler until golden brown. Turn off the oven. Slice the brie and arrange over the bread. Place back in the oven until melted then cover with the tomatoes and drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
