- 200 grams raw, peeled Shrimp tail (deveined)
- 200 grams ready to cook Cuttlefish
- salt
- 200 grams green Beans
- 100 grams Cherry tomatoes
- 1 small onion
- 1 walnut-sized pieces ginger
- 6 sprigs cilantro
- 3 Tbsps Lime juice
- 2 Tbsps Fish sauce
- 1 tsp brown cane sugar

- 1 Tbsp soybean oil
Preparation steps

Rinse shrimp and squid in cold water and drain. Cut squid into rings.

Bring a pot of little salted water to a boil, place shrimp and squid into a strainer cook, covered, for about 4-5 minutes on medium heat. Remove.

Rinse, dry and halve beans. Cook in boiling salted water for about 6 minutes or until al dente. Drain well. Rinse and halve tomatoes. Peel, halve and thinly slice onion. Peel ginger and cut into very small cubes. Rinse cilantro, shake dry, pluck off leaves.

Combine lime juice, fish sauce, brown sugar, pepper and soybean oil. Toss shrimp, squid, beans, tomatoes, onions, ginger and cilantro leaves in the dressing. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
