2 lemons
1 bunch Lemon thyme

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the lemon in hot water and pat dry. Peel the zest from the lemon and finely chop. 

2.

Remove the leaves from the thyme and coarsely chop. 

3.

Coarsely gring the salt with the thyme and the lemonzest in a mortar. Spread on a baking sheet and let dry for 2 days. Transfer the salt to a sealable jar for storage.
