1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Teaspoon, 1 deep bowl, 1 Immersion blender, 1 Toaster, 1 Knife

Preparation steps

1.
Heat the oil in a large pan and add the onion. Cook for a few minutes, to soften.
2.
Add the potato and carrot and 600ml/ 2 1/2 cups of water. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
3.
Add the fish and broccoli and cook for 5 more minutes.
