- 600 grams Strawberries
- 200 milliliters Whipped cream
- 500 grams Quark
- 55 grams powdered sugar
- 250 grams Ladyfinger
- 350 milliliters Orange juice
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 2 Tbsps cocoa powder (20 grams)
- 20 grams Chocolate curl
Preparation steps
Rinse strawberries. Set aside approximately 100 grams (3.5 ounces). Cut the remaining strawberries into small pieces.
Whip the cream. Mix the quark and 50 grams (1.75 ounces) of powdered sugar. Fold in the whipped cream. Mix strawberry pieces with 2/3 of the cream. Pour 2 tablespoons of the mixture in a baking dish.
Soak half of the ladyfingers in the orange juice. Place the soaked ladyfingers into the baking dish. Layersome of the strawberry mixture and smooth out.
Apply a second layer of soaked ladyfingers and cover it with remaining cream cheese. Cover with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Puree the remaining strawberries with lemon juice and remaining powdered sugar.
Sprinkle with cocoa powder just before serving. Portion with a spoon and place on 8 dessert plates. Garnish with strawberry puree and chocolate curls.
