300 grams Cherry tomatoes
200 grams black Olives (without pits)
1 handful Basil
50 grams melted butter
4 Tbsps olive oil

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 400ºF).

Peel the garlic and chop coarsely. Cut the bread into cubes. Rinse and halve the tomatoes. Rinse the basil, shake dry and cut the leaves into strips.

Distribute the garlic, tomatoes and olives on a baking sheet with some butter and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Bake for about 20 minutes, until the bread cubes are lightly browned.

Remove the bread mixture from the baking sheet and mix with the basil.

Transfer to bowls and serve immediately, while the bread cubes are still crisp.
