1 Cucumber
2 scallions
1 garlic clove
1 tsp freshly grated ginger
2 Tbsps sesame oil
1 Tbsp Sesame seeds
light soy sauce
salt

Preparation steps

Cut tofu into cubes. 

2.

Peel garlic and finely chop. Mix with ginger and 3 to 4 tablespoons soy sauce. Cover the tofu with the sauce and marinate for about 1 hour.

Meanwhile, rinse cucumber and slice thinly.

Rinse the scallion and cut diagonally into rings. Heat the sesame oil in a wok and fry the scallions and the cucumber. Add the tofu and continue to fry for 2 to 3 minutes. Add the sesame seeds and serve immediately. Season with soy sauce or salt if desired.
