Preparation steps

1.

Rinse arugula, shake dry, pluck the leaves from the stem. Finely cut the stem. Cut the leaves into strips. Drain the sundried tomatoes and cut into strips.

Mix salt sugar, lemon juice and 1 tablespoon oil from the dried tomatoes in a marinade. Mix both the stems and the leaves of the arugula and tomatoes with the marinade and let stand briefly.

To serve: Spread cream cheese onto the bread and top with the arugula and tomato mixture.
