- 2 cups ripe Grape tomato (or cherry tomatoes)
- 1 ⅛ cups fresh Mozzarella (cut into bite-size cubes)
- 2 Tbsps fresh, lightly packed Basil (cut or torn into bite-size pieces)
- 2 Tbsps good-quality olive oil
- salt (to taste)
- freshly ground Black pepper (to taste)
