Italian Fresh herbs (dried)

Preparation steps

1.

Blanch tomatoes in boiling water, then rinse, peel and cut into thick slices. Arrange tomatoes on a plate and season with salt and pepper. Drain mozzarella and cut into slices. Mix garlic with some of the Italian herbs.

Preheat a raclette grill. Rinse chives, shake dry and set a few aside for garnish.

Layer tomato and mozzarella slices alternately in a fan pattern on the raclette. Sprinkle with garlic-herb mixture, drizzle with olive oil and cook 10-12 minutes. Sprinkle with chives and serve with white bread, if desired.
