1 kilogram red and yellow Cherry tomatoes
1 red onion
1 Cucumber
80 grams black Olives (pitted)
2 Tbsps lemon juice
2 Tbsps white balsamic vinegar
4 Tbsps olive oil
salt

1 pinch sugar
2 Tbsps freshly chopped Basil

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse, trim, and halve the tomatoes. Peel, halve, and julienne the onion. Peel and thinly slice the cucumber. Slice the olives. 

2.

For the dressing, mix the lemon juice with the vinegar and oil. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and sugar. 

3.

Mix the vegetables with the basil and the dressing. Arrange on plates, and serve.
