Ingredient (for 3 vials with about 175 ml)
300 grams onions
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 kilogram Tomatoes
salt
1 Tbsp Vinegar
4 Tbsps water
3 Tbsps brown sugar
1 chili pepper
1 Cinnamon stick
white, freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps

1.

Peel and finely dice the onion. Heat the oil in a saucepan, and sauté the onions until translucent. 

2.

Rinse and coarsely chop the tomatoes. Add to the pan with the remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce the heat to medium, and simmer for 1 hour stirring frequently. Pass the mixture through a fine strainer, and return to a boil. Boil for 10 minutes, then season to taste. Pour into the clean, sterilized bottles and seal tightly.
