500 grams colorful Tortellini (Vacuum-packed, filled with vegetables)
4 scallions
5 Plum tomato
150 grams unsmoked Bologna sausage (for example, Italian mortadella)
2 Tbsps Basil (finely chopped)

3 Tbsps lemon juice
4 Tbsps Natural yogurt
2 Tbsps Mayonnaise

Preparation steps

Cook tortellini according to package instructions, drain and let cool. Rinse scallions and cut into 1-2 cm (1/3 - 3/4 inch) thick rings (with green.) Rinse and halve tomatoes, remove stalks and cut into pieces.

Mix yogurt with mayonnaise, lemon juice, basil, salt and pepper. Add tortellini, scallions and tomatoes to salad bowl and mix with yogurt sauce. Season with salt, pepper and a little lemon juice. Cut bologna sausage into cubes and fold into tortellini salad. Let stand for 5 minutes, stir and serve garnished with basil leaves.
