100 grams Blueberries
100 grams Strawberries
2 Oganic oranges
100 grams green Grape (seedless)
2 Tbsps almonds (slivered)
2 Tbsps sunflower oil
2 Tbsps lemon juice
1 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp Poppy seeds

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse blueberries and drain. Rinse strawberries, core and slice. Rinse grapes and cut in half. Peel oranges and cut out sections. Collect residual orange juice and pulp.

2.

Cook tortellini according to package directions and drain. Place orange segments, strawberries, blueberries, grapes and almonds in a bowl and mix together with pasta.

3.

Mix oil with lemon juice, orange juice, honey and poppy seeds. Add to pasta, mix well and serve.
