Preparation steps

Soak raisins in the apple juice. Trim spinach, rinse and spin dry. Rinse the apples, quarter, cut out cores and cut into small cubes. Cut the cooked ham into wide strips. Warm tortillas briefly in a pan over medium heat (so that they are easier to roll), spread with the cream cheese and season with salt and pepper.

Divide the spinach leaves, apple cubes, raisins and cooked ham among the tortillas and roll to about 4 cm (approximately 1 1/2 inch) thick. Cut into 3 cm (approximately 1 1/4-inch) wide slices and arrange upright on a platter.
