200 grams cooked ham (in slices)
75 grams black Olives (pitted)
1 bunch parsley
8 Wheat tortillas
6 Tbsps Harissa (hot pepper paste)
300 grams grated Gouda (or pizza cheese)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and slice the tomatoes. Cut ham into strips. Cut olives into rings. Rinse the parsley, shake dry and chop finely.

Place two tortillas next to each other on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush each with 1 tablespoon of Harissa. Add onto each 1/6 of the prepared ingredients and some cheese. Cover with another tortilla. Proceed with another layer on each tortilla until all ingredients are used, ending on each tower with a tortilla covered with cheese. Cook in a preheated oven at 200°C (approximately 400°F) for 15-20 minutes.
